SynthStack

A VST plugin manager for keeping a music production setup organised. It sounds simple, but structure decides whether it turns into spaghetti or into a clean system you can learn from.

The approach

SynthStack is a modular monolith: one deployable app, split into modules that behave as if they were independent. There are no network calls between modules and none of the overhead of microservices, just boundaries kept in place by the code itself.

It's in the planning stage. The repo holds the design, and the build follows it.
